Event Management
An event management is an early methodological and procedural process involving coordination, follow-up, set-up and various activities for the successful execution of a project, program or any occasion at a particular scheduled time.
An event is managed by a highly experienced and trained group of people under different responsibilities from the beginning till the execution of the event.
A project, program or any other occasion is an event host by either a government or a private sector intended to promote public awareness, gain increased customers, to celebrate an occasion or anniversary and so on.
It is always important to consider the following points whenever organizing an event:
• What’s the event’s type or nature?
• Who are the Event’s targets?
• What unique and creative ideas can contribute to the event?
• What might obstruct the event?
Finally, a thorough feasibility study is carried out by Event Management Specialist to determine if the event would really grant us a Green Light or not in all aspects.
