The Second International Conference on e-Learning and Distance Learning was held in February, 2011 under the patronage of his Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, the Governor of Riyadh region. The event took four days from 21- 24 February.

The Second International Conference on e-Learning and Distance Learning 2011 also shortened as eLi-2011 was as successful as the first event in 2009. The eLi-2011 incorporated many participants from various parts of the world.

The National Center for e-Learning and Distance Learning (NCEL) being the major organizer, Rama Concept, as Assistant Organizer of the event managed and coordinated different tasks, especially the Marketing Communication which enabled attraction and participation of many top companies and institution towards the event.
